What is Roof Rejuvenation?

Roof rejuvenation is the process of restoring aging asphalt shingles by replacing the oils they lose over time. This helps shingles regain flexibility, resist cracking, and extend their lifespan.

How long does the Roof Maxx® treatment last?

Each treatment adds 5 years of life to your roof. If your shingles are in good condition, we can apply the product up to three times, extending your roof’s life by up to 15 years.

Is my roof a good candidate for treatment?

We treat asphalt shingle roofs that are 10–20 years old and showing early signs of wear (dryness, granule loss, minor cracking), but are still structurally sound. We offer free inspections to determine eligibility.

Will the Roof Maxx® treatment affect my roof warranty?

No. The product is safe for your roof and does not void manufacturer warranties. It’s a tested, proven solution backed by a 5-year transferable warranty of its own.

Is it safe for my family, pets, and landscaping?
